It's now official, after numerous requests Bruce has created a 2 day program for business owners, general managers and sales and marketing teams. Having owned and operated a stack of businesses in a range of industries over the past 30 years, I have learnt a business at a school of hard knocks. You name it, I bet it has happened to me at some point! I was a control freak and didn't think anyone else could do anything as well as me, I was working 100 plus hours a week, I gained 38 kilograms in under 2 years, my mates stopped ringing me to catch up, I struggled to pay the bills, I feared pay day and often had to do payroll from my credit card, I thought I knew it all and was paying 38 staff to watch me do all the work!

The reality was that I wasn't sufficiently educated to be running a business. I had never been trained on Recruitment, Systems, Finance, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Emotion Intelligence,, Planning, the Internet, Customer Loyalty or Team Building. Nor did I understand the connection between MIND and BODY, the fatter I got, the worse I functioned in ALL aspects of my business and life.
